Full time – Between 7:30am and 6:00pm
Part Time – 7:30am-9:30am and 3:00pm-6:00pm
Qualifications
- 18 years or older
- Available from June 19 to August 18
- Available for staff meetings on Monday nights – 6:00pm-7:00pm

Essential Functions
Essential functions for a Summer Camp Counselor are to be able to communicate well with people; supervise children; ability manage a group of children; properly discipline children; administer basic first aid; visual and auditory ability to recognize and respond to hazards and emergencies; ability to plan and implement activities; be physically able to participate with children in sports, games, and other physical activities; be able to swim; be a positive role model to children and staff, leading by example and attitude.

Qualifications
Required coursework – 12 units (6 required prior to employment and currently enrolled in at least 2 units) in the following:
- Recreation,
- Physical Education;
- Human Services and Social Welfare;
- Elementary or Middle School Teaching Credential;
- Child Development, Early Childhood Education, or School Age Child.
Experience – 6 months
